Mini Special 1100 from 1976.

The Special 1100 is a different version from the 1100 Special introduced in 1979 to celebrate 20 years of the Mini.
This light green Special 1100 was assembled in Belgium and fitted with a brown painted roof and a brown cloth interior there. Subsequently, this Mini was delivered new in the Netherlands.
Since 2009, there has been only one Dutch owner, and the odometer reads 95,000 km.
In the period 2020-2024, this Special 1100 was professionally restored and overhauled.
The reason for this restoration was a few small rust spots...

The overhauled 1098 cc engine delivers 46 hp.
It features a separate braking system with drum brakes at both the front and rear. The braking system was also completely renewed. The electrical installation is 12 Volt with negative-to-ground and an AC alternator.
The classic Mini is an iconic English car that caused quite a stir at its introduction in 1959.
Even now, there are a great many enthusiasts of this fun little car, which offers remarkably spacious interior. Driving a Classic Mini is a very enjoyable experience. And certainly, in today's traffic, the Mini is respected by other road users.
The quality and originality of this Mini Special 1100 are unique.
Striking details of the Special 1100 include the simple central dashboard finished with luxury wood veneer, and the original steering wheel finished in black leather.
This Mini is equipped with a tow bar so that a small luggage trailer can be towed for a camping holiday somewhere in Europe.
The costs of maintenance and restoration are more than double the current asking price.
