HMC Sportscars MK4 from 1998
Dark green with a black leather interior.
This HMC belongs to the first owner who bought it new in 1998.
It currently has 58,750 km on the odometer.
Only 170 examples of this HMC were built. Each one is unique!
In 1989, sports car manufacturer Holmes Motor Company (HMC) began producing a high-quality limited edition as the rightful successor to the legendary Austin Healey MK III.
The exterior was almost entirely based on the "Bj8" model, the last model built in 1968.
As can be clearly seen, the Austin Healey 3000 MK3, in its final Bj8 series from 1968, served as inspiration for the design. The name "Austin Healey" was not used, however, because Austin had sold the trademark rights to a banking consortium when the company was dissolved in 1968.
The original Healey logo could therefore be reused, but the historically significant name "Austin Healey" had to make way for HMC (Holmes Motor Company).
The beautiful classic design was retained, while the mechanical components reflect the technology of the 1990s. The result is a beautiful, timeless 1960s design with the reliability of cars from the 1990s.
The tubular frame is covered by a full fiberglass body, which not only protects the HMC from rust but also gives it a kerb weight of just 1200 kg!
The performance figures are truly impressive: Rover 8-cylinder engine, 3.91 cc displacement, 190 hp, 0-100 km/h: 6.1 seconds, top speed: 224 km/h.

This vehicle, with production number 0128, was first registered in 1998. It is fully painted in BMW Dark British Racing Green and has a black leather interior.
The black leather-covered dashboard is paired with a beautiful wooden steering wheel.
Furthermore, the HMC features a rich and melodious sports exhaust system that beautifully showcases the fantastic V8 engine.

For a sports car from the 1990s, the HMC drives exceptionally well.
